Looking back on the past year, under the correct guidance of the leaders of the factory department and the equipment department, the refrigeration workshop focused on production, overcame many unfavorable factors such as staff tension and management difficulties, continuously strengthened workshop management, and paid close attention to implementation. After all, With the joint efforts of employees, the comprehensive management of the workshop is gradually on the right track. Under the correct leadership of the superior department and the joint efforts of all employees, the workshop has successfully completed the annual production plan. However, there are also some problems that require our attention in future work. Now we will The work since this year is summarized as follows:

一、Strengthen education and training and improve the comprehensive quality of employees. The refrigeration workshop starts work under the leadership of the factory equipment department and puts forward higher requirements for workshop safety education and refrigeration professional training. In accordance with the requirements, the workshop has strengthened training on production safety, fire protection knowledge, equipment maintenance and other aspects for all employees.

二、Equipment maintenance and repair knowledge training. In order to ensure the smooth progress of production and allow all employees in the workshop to better understand the structure and origin of the new equipment, the leaders of each operation team organized the team members to conduct on-site maintenance training for the unit equipment in different groups and time periods.

三、Strengthen workshop equipment management, ensure the successful completion of production tasks, strengthen basic equipment management  and strive to make full use of basic equipment information and data to provide scientific basis for the formulation of equipment management plans and better guide equipment repair and maintenance work.
